Marks and Spencers hamper delivery delays
For those of us that have experienced the nightmare of Marks and Spencers hamper delivery delays, I share your anger and frustration.
For those of you that are thinking of ordering a Marks and Spencer hamper, don’t do it.
I ordered one in October for delivery on December 2nd for elderly relatives for Christmas. Since then I have had 7 delivery date changes. On xmas eve I was told it had now been delayed further, to January 2nd.
What is the point of that?
Shame on Marks and Spencer and shame on them for not agreeing to cancel my order in December when requested. I wanted to order through another REPUTABLE company but their customer service clown said ” no.” They would not cancel my order.
I hate Marks and Spencer with a passion as they are the grinch that stole my Christmas hamper for my Auntie Joyce and Uncle Len.
