How to write your CV

I have decided to start looking for a job. The best bit is that it means my husband will have to catch the cat in the future, as I’ll be at work. I’ll leave him a healthy stock of bandages, plasters and vodka.

It has been a long time since I wrote a CV and to be honest I wasn’t sure where to start. A quick search on Google showed me some excellent sites, relevant to my profession and within a couple of minutes I had several CV’s in front of me and have been able to choose the best formats, to write up my CV.

Here are a couple of websites that will show you how to write a CV and which look particularly relevant if you are looking for a job in sales etc

Top tip from me…when you have finished writing your CV, print it off and get a couple of people to proof read it for you. They may find some grammatical mistakes that you may have missed or suggest something which you could have added.
