Woodland Cars UK Surbiton review
I’ve just bought my first mini cooper from Woodland cars UK in Surbiton and David the salesman couldn’t have been more helpful.
Firstly the cars he had advertised on the internet were in stock.
He let us look at the car without any intrusion, he stayed back in his office until we came to him for a chat. Nothing pushy at all.
His wife was working on the admin and we both liked that, a nice family business.
When we asked for a test drive there was again no issues at all, David was very happy to help ( unlike Andy from the mini dealership in Portsmouth….) and we were given the keys to the car whilst David stayed behind. Again no pressure whatsoever just excellent customer service and extremely professional.
The car had a full service history and David offered us a full MOT and three months warranty which we could have paid cost price to have extended for 12 months.
There was absolutely no pressure or request at any point for a deposit and he was happy for us to leave to follow up on some paperwork without leaving a deposit on the car.
We viewed the car on Sunday and today I have my mini cooper which I absolutely LOVE.
So happy we bought it from David and would have no hesitation buying another second hand car from him again…..he had a lovely Maserati in the showroom………
