How much do mini cooper brake pads cost?
As of August 2012 I have been quoted £199 for new front brake pads, which includes the parts, labour and VAT from a mini dealership.
To replace the front wipers and back wipers I have been quoted £44 including VAT.
To replace the brake fluid costs £63 which includes the VAT.
The car has done 16,000 miles so I’m leaving the brake pads for at least another 1000 miles as there is no squealing and the brakes at 2-3mm should last a bit longer. I’m leaving the wipers too as I can fit those myself and again, they worked just fine in the last downpour….every 30 seconds this summer.
The brake fluid I have had done as on the forums most people seemed to say it was important, in terms of having it done every 2 years.
