If you would like to buy an unusual gift for a wedding, new baby, christening or an engagment then look at these oh so pretty pictures below. A very clever lady can make an order look like the most extraordinary wedding cake….filled with towels and linen for the newly married couple or a cake that is actually made of nappies and bibs and babygrows for the new baby.

Another idea that I bought, before I saw these lovely gifts below was a star named after a child. You can order them from lots of different sites if you just type into Google name a star. The cheaper ones around £20 are for you to fill in or the parent and then the certificate comes back with the child’s name and star, co-ordinates etc. I went for one around £30 and they did all of this for me, so on the day of the christening the little girl already had her certificate and presentation pack all filled out and ready. Naming a star after someone is a lovely alternative to flowers for a funeral and also for a wedding gift…..

These are wonderful gift ideas! My favorite baby gifts for Spain are gifts that include something for the baby (toy or clothes) and something for the new parents that are doing all the work (a fresh fruit basket or champagne!).
