Lisbon went mad and even at 4am in the morning impossible to sleep due to sounds of car horns etc etc, Even last week in Amsterdam when Holland beat Brazil in the semis the party lasted all night and sleep was an impossibilty due to the noise of the fans. Not sure what would happen in England if they ever won a major football final but guess will never see it in my lifetime!! Similar when portugal beat the dutch in semi finals of Euro 2004.
