Volcanic ash affects Spain

The volcanic ash is now disrupting flights in Spain, mostly Northern Spain and areas close to Portugal but it could spread southwards, depending on the wind direction. Unfortunately the volcano is still highly eruptive and it will continue to cause problems for Europe’s airspace as fresh eruptions affect certain countries depending on the climate/wind conditions.
