Bankinter San Pedro

Bankinter in San Pedro are proving to be a rather difficult bank to get hold of and communicate with. They have charged us 200 euros for an insurance that we don’t need. I have emailed them twice the paperwork that they need to get this money back, but have had no reply. So they still have our 200 euros.
Their contact number on their website last week didn’t work.
Spanish banks are really getting on my nerves….we pay more than most countries in Europe in bank fees and the service is just atrocious. Well it is with Bankinter in San Pedro.
