Hard Rock Cafe Puerto Banus
The Hard Rock Cafe in Puerto Banus was a really great night out. The staff were bilingual, really helpful and the place was spotless. Inside there are huge screens showing music videos and the walls are hung with flashy rock guitars signed by famous rockstars. It had the feeling that TGI’s once had when I went to it in London as a child, but whereas TGI’s now feels tired and old, the Hard Rock Cafe had a hip modern edge. There is the Hard Rock Cafe shop too. Tshirts for around 25 euros, and bears for children from 16 euros.
Great value too and in Puerto Banus that is a very welcome thing. The child’s menu for under 10′s, (offered it to my 13 year old much to his horror) was 6.95 euros, good selection of food, includes a drink and an ice-cream sundae. My 8 year old was so full after her main meal that we didn’t order the sundae, but what a great party venue for children at under 7 euros a time. They also get crayons and paper to colour on to keep them busy until the meal arrives. It didn’t take long.
The burgers start from 9 euros which is very reasonable. The cocktails also looked really good, priced at around 7.50 euros to 8.50 euros. Good dessert selection at around 7 euros a time.
I had said to my husband that I bet a few famous people will head here and I’m delighted to say that on the way out I spotted Barbie with her fluffy white fully accessorized dog. Brilliant evening….
