Primark in Algeciras

We went today to Primark in Algeciras and I was impressed. I expected Primark to be laden with clothes on the floor and people fighting for tat, but it was as tidy as Dunnes but much larger. It is over two floors, the changing rooms were clean and spacious and on the second floor. There were around 12 cash tills, you have your number called to pay so although the queues were long, with people buying more clothes than you can imagine, the queue moved very quickly.

Very good value. I bought a pair of pj’s for 8 euros, some white cut off trousers for my daughter for 6 euros, some slippers for 2.50 euros, a beach bag for 7 euros, pretty jewelled flip flops for 5 euros and those are the prices for most things. The quality of the clothes and accessories, such as beach towels I thought was really very good.

I would have liked to have stayed longer but my husband and son had gone to the only cafe in the whole shopping mal and it was really grotty. So a brief but enjoyable trip.
