Sell or rent out your Spanish property

If you want to sell your Spanish apartment or villa but would like to consider long lets, to give yourself options, then with InSpain.tv you can advertise it for both for the one fixed advertising price. Your property will then go into both the Spanish property for sale section and the Spanish rental section of the website.
Just go onto www.InSpain.tv and click on the top right hand side advertising button. This will give you easy to follow instructions on how to create your advert.
At least by advertising directly you are in control of marketing your property and you could still use an estate agent as a key holder. If you find the client then you should be able to reduce the commission that the agent is charging you too. After all, you will have done most of the work as the client is the key….
